Breathwork Teacher Training with Brielle is coming to The Lotus Collective. This will be a 5-day intensive (all-day) training where you will receive the necessary skills and training to confidently become a trauma-trained breathwork facilitator for individuals and groups. You will leave feeling deeply connected and able to regulate your own nervous system and know how to confidently facilitate people through their own breathwork transformations, handling trauma, emotion and energy that arises, while staying completely in tune and aligned with your own energy, and not absorbing the energy of your participants. This program will be handled by application and on an acceptance-basis only. The first round will be in May and will be limited to 10 people max, at Beta pricing with an investment of $2,000 USD (payment plans available).
