Meet Our Teaching Collective
Behind every class is a teacher who is passionate about connection, growth, and holding space with intention. Our collective includes both our regular teachers and trusted subs who step in with the same care, values, and respect for our community.
No matter who is guiding your practice, you can expect to be met with compassion, authenticity, and an inclusive approach to movement and breath.
Tuscany McMahon: Lead Yoga Instructor & Founder
Tuscany is a compassionate RYT-200 yoga instructor (currently completing her 300HR training) with a background in Psychology and Sociology. With over 15 years of yoga experience and working the front desk at yoga studios and 3 years of teaching yoga at multiple different spaces. Her teaching is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care, mental health awareness, and nervous system support. Each class is intentionally designed to foster connection, community, empathy, and emotional safety with offering students a space to feel seen, supported, and at home in their bodies. She loves teaching gentle flows, yin, and restorative.
Guided by her own lived experience with grief, anxiety, depression, and healing, Tuscany weaves mindful movement, affirmations, and grounded presence into every class. Her approach honors yoga as more than physical practice but it is a tool for regulation, resilience, and reconnection. She finds a lot of strength in being vulnerable and open about grief and loss and will be offering grief-series at the studio.
Tuscany is also a mother to a four-year old and strives to create safe spaces for moms to connect and have a community. Motherhood is such a sacred time, and it can feel isolating and challenging. She is working on a pre- and post-natal certificate to have more offerings to support mothers in all realms.
Tuscany co-founded The Lotus Collective to create the kind of space she once needed: inclusive, heart-led, and rooted in the belief that healing happens in community, and that no one has to carry their pain alone.

Emma Todoroff: Yoga Instructor
Emma Todoroff is a deeply empathetic RYT-200 HR yoga teacher who loves creating spaces of belonging. With 8 years of experience as a certified fitness professional and 4 years of experience working full-time in the community health field, Emma is continually inspired to empower others on their health and well-being journey. Her teaching focuses on restoration and using the breath as a tool to cultivate mind-body connection.
Emma began practicing yoga five years ago as a way to navigate anxiety, depression, and deeply buried trauma. When Emma was forced to slow down because of the pandemic in 2020, she was no longer able to suppress long-held, painful emotions which marked the beginning of a personal healing journey. During this challenging time, Emma turned to yoga and therapy. Finding peace through yoga was difficult at first, but the mind-body connection kept drawing her back. With time, yoga became a grounding practice that fed Emma's spirit and helped her feel connected to her body in a way no other type of movement had before.
Emma has been teaching yoga for one year and loves sharing the calm, balance, and reassurance the practice has brought into her life. While Emma is newer to teaching yoga, she is not new to teaching group exercise. After six years of teaching high intensity classes that led to burn out, Emma transitioned to yoga as a way to continue her passion for teaching while honoring her bodies need for rest and self-compassion. Emma finds great joy in forming connections with each student and believes yoga has the power to foster a sense of belonging for all who seek it.
