Frequently Asked Questions

Classes

  • We offer a variety of class types. For Breathwork, we offer transformational breathwork classes and series. Yoga classes include Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Flow, Yin, and Restorative Yoga.

As we grow and evolve, we will offer more styles of yoga, workshops, series and events.

  • Expect a welcoming, supportive environment focused on connection and mindful movement.

Your instructor will guide you through the class with clear cues and encourage you to listen to your body. You’re always welcome to take breaks, modify poses, or rest as needed.

  • This is not like other yoga breathing patterns you may be used to. Meditative breathwork classes go deeper into the layers of the fascia and cells where stuck energy and trauma is stored and then released.

You will be laying down on your back (with bolsters) and breathing in an activating breath pattern for up to 45 minutes.

Trained instructors will provide intuitive voice-guidance and a carefully curated playlist through noise-cancelling headphones. It also includes intuitive, hands-on healing touch (unless you do not want it).

Brielle is both trauma-trained and trauma-informed. She creates an incredibly safe space for you to feel held, release and let go.

See About Breathwork for more information.

  • Doing this style of breathwork is generally recommended to do once per week at maximum. If you are booking 2 breathwork classes in a week they should be spaced out at least 3 days.

  • Yes. All students must pre-register at least 2 hours before class.

We currently do not have front desk staff, so instructors will be checking students in. Pre-registration helps us create a smooth experience and allows us to plan accordingly.

Please note: classes with fewer than 2 registered students may be canceled.

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class.

  • Late arrivals are accepted up to 5 minutes after class start time. After that, doors will be locked to minimize disruption and maintain a safe space for students.

  • To honor the instructors time and personal/family lives and schedules, we ask that you kindly leave the studio within 15 minutes of class ending.

  • No, our studio is not heated. We do, however, keep the room cozy and comfortable.

  • You can bring your own mat, or rent one for $2.

    All props are included.

  • Yoga Flow Classes: Comfortable clothing you can move in.

Yin & Restorative Yoga Classes: Loose, cozy clothing, these classes are mostly floor-based.

Breathwork Classes: Cozy layers, socks, and a sweatshirt if you tend to get cold and loose clothing. No tight pants that make it harder to breathe deeply. Journals and pens are encouraged for reflection.

  • All cancellations or reschedules must be made through our website or directly in the Acuity App at least 12 hours before class.

If you fail to cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before class, you will be considered a no-show.

    • Members receive one grace no-show per calendar month. A $25 late cancellation/no-show fee will be charged to the card on file for each additional occurrence within that month.

    • Drop-ins and class packs will forfeit the class.

    • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

    • If a class is cancelled due to low attendance or illness a credit will go back to your account to use at next visit.

If something comes up, please contact us. We understand life happens and will review on a case-by-case basis.
